Our Hassle-Free Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with all of your purchases from marathonhousewares.com. If for any reason you need to return a purchase, please call our toll-free number (800)822-4329 or E-mail service@marathonwatch.com  for further instructions. Marathon Management Company, a division of Marathon Watch Company Ltd. will refund or credit your charge card for the value of the purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We do not pay shipping on returns. All returns must be received by Marathon Management Company a division of Marathon Watch Company Ltd. within thirty (30) days of receipt of the purchase.  There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returns. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Individual/Business Purchases
All personal, individual, or business orders must be prepaid by credit card. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, VISA, and American Express. Shipping Notice – marathonhousewares.com will only ship to the cardholder's designated shipping address. No third-party destination shipments.

Our Shipping
Marathonhousewares.com uses Fedex or UPS ground for all orders placed within the continental U.S. Orders sent to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. possessions and U.S. Military addresses will be shipped either by Fedex, UPS or mail. Please allow 7-12 business days for shipping of all in-stock items.

Sales Tax
We collect 8% Provincial sales tax on all shipments to Ontario residents.  As well, we collect 5% GST on all shipment to Canadian residents (excluding provinces where HST is applicable).
