This thermometer comes with a Jumbo LCD Display indicating the wine type
PROFESSIONAL TEMPERATURE TASTE INDICATOR:
To open the wine bottle: Twist the corkscrew into the cork and then pull it out gently, easing the cork out.
Select type of wine you are serving: press the button on the top of the handle, and the LCD display 11 types of wine.
Each press will change the display in the following sequence; PORT => ROSE=> CHARDONNAY=> CABERNET=> MERIOT=> CHIANTI=> ZINFANDEL=> PINOT=> BORDEAUX=> RED BURGUNDY=> CHAMPAGNE
The probe measures the wines temperatureand the LED panel lights up to tell you wheter or not your wine is ready to serve, too cold or too warm
